She has extensive experience in facility management as well as steering Admin responsibilities of large Manpower intensive facilities including families of the Expats in India and their home management right upto delivery of meals at home. Her empathy for elders brings her to Age Ventures India. She is married and now juggles her responsibilities between work and home. An architectural graduate from Indo Global College of Architecture, having 5 years of experience in various sectors ranging from large infrastructure developments like Hospital, Educational Institutions, Studio Apartments etc with detailed experience of detailed drawings ,project executions and project management at site. Currently, he is involved with designing of senior living homes. Project site monitoring thereby ensuring that the final product meet the needs and requirements of the elderly.When he has time he loves to ride his high tech bike into the hills and connect with nature. Popularly called Ritu, she has a work experience of over 18 year, having worked in organisations like ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, TATA AIG Life Insurance Co.Ltd, EdelweeissTokio Insurance Co.Ltd, EMeditek and AnahatMultispeciality Hospital. She is a life member of Red Cross Society. She is B Pharm by qualification. She is married and a mother to 2 lovely daughters. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her daughters & catch up on reading and sweating it in the Gym. She loves spending time on fitness. She is based out of Gurgaon.

Is a dedicated Administration cum faculty Manager with over 25 years of experience, of which 9 years in senior living. He is a Graduate and MBA in Adminstration. Before joining AVI he had spent time with senior living in Kodiakanal, Bangalore, Coimbatore and Chennai. He is adaptable and transparent in his dealings with all. He is married and has a college going son.
He looks after Bangalore facility under Care of AVI. In his spare times he watch TV, and Travel ,but is most at home looking after elders.

Nihit is a graduate and post graduate in in Business Administration. Post qualification he joined his fathers Industry in Himachal Pradesh , where with swift changes in the state policies and indirect tax laws he decided to move out of family business and keeping his thrust to remain in new areas, joined AVI to promote AVI products, namely retirement homes, care home services and care at home. He is based out of our Head Office. He is an ardent sportsman and if wishes were horse play cricket 365 days a year.

A Diploma in Automobile Engineering, made an unusual choice of moving into Hospitality Industry as he like interacting with people. He has over 10 year experience administratively handling Guest houses and meeting varied needs of Guests who normally come to smaller set ups for personalized services. He joined AVI to grow his interest further and now is one of the highly liked person with the Residents of Hibiscus Care Home. He is ever present to solve all their nonmedical needs, as all needs of the Building, F&B, and Administration. He loves interacting with people also in his spare time.
