Gurgaon – Overview
Developer: The Retirement Community at Gurgaon is being developed by Ramprastha Property Developers (RPD), a large NCR-based developer, who are developing 450 acres Ramprastha City in Sector 37D. RPD has done extensive development in Ghaziabad and other areas in Delhi.

AVI association: AVI is advising RPD on the Retirement Community right from conceptualization to operations. Post construction AVI shall manage the 300-apartment Retirement Community complex.
